Electrical ease of wiring

ICF is no harder to wire than
your typical wood framed
house.  Wire grooves can
be cut or melted in.  If your
electrician has not worked
with ICF - he'll want to learn.
Less expensive stucco

ICF works with all exterior
finishes.  However, stucco is
less expensive than with
conventional framing.  The ICF
foam provides the backdrop
for stucco reducing the need
for cement board.
